Issaquah's history as a small logging town and its recent residential growth have both led to the diversity of choice in the Seattle real estate market. Home seekers will find luxurious townhouses, residential, commercial, community oriented, cabins, Issaquah waterfront homes for sale, country homes and modern, master-planned real estate with all the high end amenities you would expect.

Prices begin at about $80,000 for Issaquah condominium or townhouse units and range to $600,000 for showcase homes. Sale prices for homes in Issaquah and other properties, including waterfronts and horse ranches, are priced starting at $110,000. Master-planned communities like Talus offer excellent housing. These modern communities are designed to offer convenience by incorporating retail and professional office space without sacrificing luxury. Undeveloped residential lots for custom development are available in these master-planned communities. Prices usually range from $100,000 to $3.5 million, depending on size and location of land. In an effort to promote eco-friendly "green" building, city officials plan to oversee construction of King County's first community of "zero-energy" homes. Issaquah Real Estate Stats and Trends for the week of December 6th, 2019: homes priced around $1,024,247 compared to $1,063,360 the previous week, showing a decrease of less than -4%.  For Friday, December 6th, the current national mortgage rate for a 30 year fixed mortgage is 4.51%; the 15 year fixed rate is at 3.90%. For a loan larger than conventional conforming loans, or 'jumbo' loan, the 30 year rate is 4.41%, while the 15 year jumbo rate currently is at 4.12%.
